A Little Bit About Us
Geisty's Dogg House is a combination of the things we enjoy most in the world -- great food, adult beverages, and a fun place to hang out with our friends. So we launched Geisty's Dogg House -- serving gourmet sausages, burger sliders, and wings. And, what better place to launch our concept than The Hill in Boulder!
Our focus at Geisty's Dogg House is to deliver a unique experience by offering exceptional customer service, food with the Geisty twist, and an emphasis on having a good time ... all on a college student's budget. Our bar will be a comfortable place to gather, hang with your friends, meet people or watch a game on one of our six video screens; all while enjoying food you can't get anywhere else on The Hill.
When you come into our restaurant you will see that we've created the atmosphere of an old world ale house. (Okay, maybe they didn't have 6 flat screen tv's -- but you'll see what we mean.) And we hope you will find that each of the items on our menu has just a little twist; from our stuffed bun sausages to our sweet potato pups -- we know that you will enjoy them. Our primary food offerings include:
- Gourmet Sausages done Geisty's way, where we take the bun and place it on a spiked toaster, creating a toasted hole in the center and a warm outside -- the perfect place for a wonderful combination of specialty sauces and homemade toppings.
- Sizzling Sliders that come fresh in ground meat, ground turkey, or veggie style -- have a bunch of them with either cheese and pickle chips or with caramelized onions and balsamic reduction.
- Glazed Wings made fresh every day from chicken wings and drum sticks with a variety of mild to spicy sauces and then glazed to perfection.
- Salads made fresh every day -- have an original Geisty salad or our seasonal special.
From our bar we will be serving everything from Colorado microbrews to a full range of mixed drinks. Enjoy your libation with some of our unique bar food, including doggie style cheese fries, mini mac and cheese doggs, or double-layered nachos.
